If a direct resolution is not reached, the matter will be referred to a neutral third party for mediation. 5jeta's decision is not final — members retain the right to pursue legal action.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under the international gaming licence. In the event of any legal dispute, the rules of the relevant licensing authority shall apply.
If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. 5jeta is the sole authority on the interpretation of these Terms.
